The Introduction to Service-Learning Pedagogy session is part of the Service-Learning Institute which offers a series of workshops to enable the participants to understand service-learning as a high impact pedagogy that both elevates learning and strengthens community.
In the Introduction to Service-Learning Pedagogy workshop, participants will develop familiarity with the pedagogy of service-learning as a form of experiential education.

- All levels of instructors in post-secondary educational institutions
- Teaching Assistants in post-secondary educational institutions
- Ph.D. holders aspiring for faculty positions in post-secondary educational institutions
- Staff in charge of supporting faculty in building service-learning partnerships in post-secondary institutions
- Staff of not-for-profit organizations seeking university student volunteers/interns
- Administrators aiming to strengthening their institutions’ relationships with the community
- Educational leaders interested in advancing the civic mission of higher education
